Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this website, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This policy is provided as a structural draft and requires review by Indian legal counsel before publication.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by HLL Parivartan Holistic Wellness Center ("Parivartan", "we", "us"), an outpatient mental health wellness centre located at TC 23/143, A21, Tennis Club Enclave, Near Boat Club, Kowdiar P.O, Trivandrum, Kerala – 695003.

You can reach us by phone on +91 99957 70083 / +91 99957 70084 or by email at info@parivartan.com.

2. What we collect

This version of the website does not contain contact forms or accounts, and does not ask you to submit personal information through the site.

The Wellbeing Check is processed entirely within your browser. Your answers and score are never transmitted to us, never logged, and never stored — they exist only in your device's memory and are cleared when you refresh or close the page.

Privacy by design: the Wellbeing Check makes no network calls carrying your answers, and uses no cookies, localStorage or URL parameters to store them.

3. Cookies & analytics

If website analytics are enabled, they may record anonymous, aggregate events such as page views, and — for the Wellbeing Check — only that a check was started or completed. No answers, scores or result bands are ever recorded.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data.

4. How information is used

Any information you share with us directly — for example, when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us to book an appointment — is used only to respond to your enquiry and provide care.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information is shared only where necessary to provide care or where required by law.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, and the right to grievance redressal.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our grievance contact below.

7. Grievance contact

For any privacy questions or grievances, please contact us using the centre's phone or email details above.

Grievance Officer name and dedicated contact email to be confirmed before publication (PRD §20).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

9. Children

Our services involve minors only through their parents or guardians, offline at the centre. This website does not knowingly collect any data from children.

11. Retention & changes

We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and provide care, or as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
