Dr V. Pavithran is a Chief Consultant Psychologist with a Doctorate in Psychology and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and Sociology. He has additional qualifications including a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling. With over four decades of experience, he has served at reputed institutions including Sree Gokulam Medical College, SK Hospital, ABHAYA, and MIND FREE. His expertise includes psychological assessment, counselling, rehabilitation, de-addiction, and mental health interventions across all age groups. He is a Registered Rehabilitation Psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India and an experienced trainer, resource person, and mental health awareness speaker.

Dr Poornima Pavithran is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist (RCI Licensed) with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D in Psychology. With 7 years of clinical experience at reputed institutions including NISH, Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research Foundation, and Child Development Centres, she specialises in psychological assessment, counselling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. She has also worked with the UNESCO-recognised Community Disability Management and Rehabilitation Programme (CDMRP). She holds a P.G Diploma in Geriatric Counselling from Kerala University and a Diploma in Community Mental Health from NIMHANS. Her practice focuses on delivering evidence-based, compassionate mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults.

He currently serves as Center Head (Mental Health Division) & Deputy Manager (Counselling & Guidance) at HLL Lifecare Limited, a Government of India Enterprise. His expertise includes organisational and industrial counselling. He has received national and state-level recognition, including the National Award for Best Mental Health Practices at Workplace by NIMHANS and the HR Excellence Award by the National Human Resource Welfare Association. Earlier he worked as Sociologist, Counsellor & District Coordinator in the Excise Department, Govt. of Kerala.
