1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the website

This website provides general information about Parivartan's outpatient (OPD) mental health services.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. Nothing on this site creates a clinician–client relationship.

If you are in immediate danger or severe distress, do not use this website to seek help — call 112 or Tele-MANAS 14416, or see our Crisis Support page.

3. Appointments & fees

Appointments are arranged by contacting the centre directly. Fees are payable at the centre and are subject to revision; please confirm current charges with the centre.

Discount eligibility for HLL employees and project organizations is applied at the centre's discretion in line with its policies.

4. Wellbeing Check terms

The Wellbeing Check is an educational screening tool based on the WHO-5 Well-Being Index. It is provided for reflection only and is not a diagnosis.

Using the Wellbeing Check does not form a clinician–client relationship. Only a qualified professional can assess your mental health.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and logo on this website are the property of Parivartan or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parivartan is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Parivartan against claims arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
